0.5 oz  4 CROOK'S OIL  I make mine using the same five ingredient blend as in the very popular and expensive Thieve's oil ( compare at $50.00 ) and use it on my body daily. I apply it by dabbing a small amount of it on a cotton ball to my lymph areas under the arms, neck, chest, groin and the bottoms of my feet. It is said this formula can boost your immune system and I need that because everyone in my family has had their own battle with cancer and have lost. I have found my blend to be beneficial in helping me from getting sick from colds and viruses especially while traveling. It is also said to prevent or diminish mold in the air when diffused into the affected environment. When we travel I drop some on a cotton ball and place it in the a/c heater vent and turn it on to fight any persistent molds and or bacteria in the air.
